The APP “Sugargoo” (hereinafter “Sugargoo”) is an information service mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”) provided for users (hereinafter referred to as “You”) by Shenzhen Sugargoo Technology Co., Ltd. (registered address: B103, No. 1106, Xiangbin Qianhai International Finance Center, 18 Zimao West Street, Nanshan Sub-district, Qianhai Shenzhen-Hong Kong Modern Service Industry Cooperation Zone, Shenzhen City, hereinafter referred to as “We”, “Us” or “Sugargoo”). Sugargoo is an online shopping platform, by which we provide you with information classification, keyword search and personalization of goods/services of third-party vendor, so that you can add the goods/services you are interested in to your FAVORITES, shopping cart or you can directly place an order to purchase. According to the "Scope of Necessary Personal Information for Common Types of Mobile Internet Applications", the basic function of the online shopping service is to "purchase goods", and the necessary personal information includes: registered user's mobile phone number, name of the recipient, address, phone number, time of payment, amount of payment, payment channel and other payment information.

2. Right to correct
You can require us to make corrections in the case that your personal information processed by us is wrong. You can make a request for correction by contacting online customer service staff or sending mails to cs@sugargoo.com, and we will reply to your request within 3 working days after receiving your feedback and verifying your identity. In consideration of security and identification or in accordance with laws, regulations and regulatory requirements, you can modify your personal information after online verification.
3. Right to delete
You can require us to delete your personal information in the case that your personal information is collected and used by us in violation of laws and administrative regulations or agreement with you, or your personal information collected and stored by us is wrong, or you no longer use our services or cancel your account. We encourage parents or guardians to guide minors under the age of eighteen to use services of Sugargoo. Please end up using our services immediately and notify us timely in the case that your guardian disagrees with you to use our services or provide information for us in accordance with the Policy, so that we can take corresponding measures.
